Busy Busy Busy
Wow, I sure have been busy as of late. I had started my own business back in November making organic dog treats. Well last Monday I shipped out an order for 500 dog cookies to Indiana. And as of this coming Saturday, I will be selling at the local Farmers Market.
Add to all of that the fact that the kids are now gone for the summer with grandma and grandpa. The house is almost eerily quiet. The first few hours that they were gone, I swear I went through the house looking for them to see what trouble they were in because it was so quiet at least three times. You moms know how that is, right? The kids get quiet, and we just know they're doing something they know they aren't supposed to be doing.
I woke up this morning and made a mad dash up to the cable company to get the bill paid because I was dying without my internet. Then I come back home only to take the cans and bottles in so I could put a little bit of gas in the car. The way gas prices are these days, we'll be lucky if we ever see our friends and family again. Then I came back home, checked emails and was on the phone for the rest of the morning and most of the afternoon. But hey, I have two businesses requesting form letters, and one that requested a sample package of my products. So all in all, I must say I had a hectic but productive day. Wouldn't you agree?
